Right now the video has over 33 million views and counting!

The Mirror of Our Lives

I went to this zen-like centre called Clove&Clive with 2 of my friends to attend a talk on Authentic Movement.
My kind, ever-smiling friend bought and gave me as gift the English version of this very profound and inspirational poster.

I find the message really hit the spot on how I live my live.
Whatever I do is a reflection of my ideas, my virtues and my character.
So my reality is actually what I perceive things to be and how I project it to the world, created from my perception..
What kind of world and reality are you creating for yourself?
The good you find in others, is in you too.
The faults you find in others, are your faults as well.
After all, to recognize something you must know it.
The possibilities you see in others, are possible for you as well.
The beauty you see around you, is your beauty.
The world around you is a reflection, a mirror showing you the person you are.

I have been watching this video of Susan Boyle again and again. She is such an inspiration.
