The Art of Stress Management Workshop

I’m most happy to be able to help out Dr. Phang Cheng Kar during the “The Art of Stress Management” for the staff of Tunku Abdul Rahman (TAR) College in Kuala Lumpur recently.

Dr. Phang is a psychiatrist in the Hospital Kuala Lumpur (HKL) and also a lecturer in the University Putra Malaysia (UPM) Medical School.

Dr. Phang is also assisted by Dr. Tee Bee Chin who is practicing in the UKMMC (UKM Medical Centre).

The purpose of the workshop is to empower the participants in how to recognise the stress factors in their daily lives and the techniques to manage stress and achieve relaxation.

The workshop was a fruitful event as the 22 participants were able to gain insight into handling stress, developing goof mental health and how they can avoid being overwhelmed by the demands of life by taking things one at a time.

We can manage our stress better and cope with the challenges of life.
